Carlos Carreiro • b. 1946
Born in Ponta Delgada, Carlos Carreiro is a master of narrative figuration. His work is a bold fusion of Surrealism, Pop Art, and Comics, where vibrant color and detailed humor transform historical and everyday episodes into scenes full of vitality. He was one of the founders of the historic "Grupo Puzzle," and his work is an invitation to discover infinite and ironic details.
